Merchandise may be returned to the shipper within 10 days if in unused condition and the packaging is undamaged. Any later returns will be handled by the manufacturer according to their warranty policy.

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
